Nothing beats fresh pasta.
We make ours from high-quality durum wheat flour and water, in a variety of shapes – spaghetti, linguine, tagliatelle, campanelle, penne and fusilli.
We also make spelt pasta or zoodles – zucchini spaghetti, which are naturally gluten-free (if you haven’t tried them yet, we definitely recommend them).

Since we prepare each dish to order, from scratch and directly in the open kitchen, you can customize it exactly to your liking.
More chili? Of course. No garlic? No problem. More shrimp? Done.

Our pizza dough is handmade, as are our sauces, salad dressings and desserts – everything is prepared in-house every day.
